Locate the column for the stream whose target you are setting. Select row 5 and use Excel's Edit, Paste Special, Values command to paste the data values only into the table:
Caution: if you accidentally give Excel's Edit, Paste command you will get unintended consequences. Repeat the Edit, Paste Special, Values command to undo the mistake.
Now switch back to the Analysis sheet:
